However, I must have been inspired and determined that I wrote new year resolutions to start 2025:&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;ul&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;Apply to ICTP postgraduate diploma programme&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;Prioritize my work at W+B (I had been working at that company for six months), to learn as much as I can&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;Sleep for at least six hours on normal days&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;Run at least twice a week with one long run&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;Research for DIY gender-affirming care (aim for low-dose testosterone therapy, due date: next birthday)&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;/ul&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Did I do all of them? Unsurprisingly no. However, the first two were really the most important and I am glad I gave my best for both. The rest of the year turned great mainly because of it. As I am going through 2026, the rest of the goals are still relevant. I mentioned additional goals that are ever-lasting:&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
