I celebrated its complete one-year cycle by the end of January 2026. I learned so much from this commitment, mainly as it let me reflect my life by the end of each month. This is a documentation of my experience.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&#10;&lt;h1 id="why-i-started-this-commitment"&gt;Why I started this commitment&lt;/h1&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;I started running before starting my undergraduate study back in 2020.
